I discovered my love for marketing in the aisles of CVS in high school, fascinated by how brands fought for my attention. What started as a search for the best mascara turned into years of curiosity - especially about the Honest Company, a brand not aimed at me but whose packaging and messaging captivated me. I dove in early: taking unpaid internships and even building a mock marketing agency for a high school project. In college, I immersed myself in CPG, learning the ins and outs of the industry and falling in love with merging pop culture with branding. I tracked trends, studied emerging “better-for-you” CPG brands, and explored what made some brands hot and others fade. From early Instagram deep-dives to founder podcasts, I’ve spent years studying how brands - big and small - grow, connect with people, and build a conversation around their brands.
